HOW YOU'LL FIT:
We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer to lead the development and execution of our content-driven digital marketing initiatives. You'll own the strategy, creation, and deployment of marketing content across all digital channels — with a heavy emphasis on lead generation, performance optimization, and full-funnel campaign execution. You'll be creative, innovative and solution-oriented in your approach as you champion Carvertise values everyday!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the primary point of contact with our external digital marketing partner to ensure alignment across paid and organic channels.
- Owns the performance of paid and organic campaigns focused on driving qualified inbound leads.
- Uses data and reporting to continually optimize campaign performance, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Develops and manages a robust content calendar that supports digital campaigns, product launches, webinars, email nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Writes and designs compelling marketing content — including ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, and social media posts.
- Ensures all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
- Manages day-to-day execution of Carvertise’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Creates and distributes engaging organic and paid content tailored to each channel.
- Builds and maintains email nurturing workflows for prospects in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Leverages analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, platform-native insights) to monitor performance, draw insights, and guide iteration.
- Prepares monthly reports on digital performance metrics, conversion trends, and growth KPIs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachlelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing paid and organic campaigns in partnership with agencies or internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong writing skills and experience creating content for multiple digital platforms
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms)
- Highly analytical and data-literate; comfortable interpreting marketing KPIs and making decisions based on performance
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Curious and enthusiastic for using AI to improve workflows, accelerate execution, and generate ideas
- Proactively seeks out and experiments with AI tools that can enhance Carvertise’s marketing performance
