We’re looking for a full-time, work-from-home graphic/web designer to join our team.

While this is a remote position, our team meets locally in Phoenix for training and social events so the candidate must be local.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a good eye for designing website layouts and in particular UI/UX.

We are looking for an individual to grow with our company, and as such, we are willing to provide training if the right candidate can showcase their design skill set.

Job Duties

• Working with clients to create design briefs based on client needs and feedback.
• Creating wireframes and mockups.
• Design website layouts.
• Design landing pages, call-to-action elements, and other website components.
• Occasionally helping the team with WordPress projects (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications

• Experience designing websites in either Figma, Balsamiq, XD, Photoshop, etc.
• Have a strong understanding of responsive design.
• Must show a passion for design.
• Experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS and big plus but not required.

Requirements

• Display an ability to design high end, modern website layouts.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate successfully in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, and design fundamentals.
• A quick learner, and self-starter.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Software

• Design software of your choice. Figma, Balsamiq, XD, Photoshop, etc.
• Google Workspace (gmail, calendar, gdocs, gsheets, gdrive, chat, meet, etc.).
• WordPress experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $50,000 to $65,000 (depending on your design skill set).
• This position is for full-time work: 40 hours a week.
