Little Cinema is seeking a creative and talented Designer to join our team for a 3 month freelance to full-time contract. As a Graphic Designer on our team, you'll focus on Print & Digital design for entertainment and media industry projects. You will collaborate with our talented team of creatives, producers, strategists and design team to create stunning visuals for live events, activations, and digital projects.

At Little Cinema we specialize in immersive and spatial production for the leading studios, networks and streamers by blending film, performance, music, and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create stunning visuals and graphics that capture the spirit of our productions
• Translate creative concepts and user–stories into strong visual solutions
• Work closely with our team of creatives and producers to design compelling visual experiences from pitches to final recaps
• Create or expand a unique brand identity for an event, and produce designs across a variety of formats and activations - print and digital - including logos, visual identities, physical environmental designs, websites etc.
• Ensure all designs are created with strategic positioning and alignment with business and project objectives
• Design on-brand digital platforms and websites using Little Cinema templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design deliverables per timelines and prep files for print and final delivery
• Ensure consistency of designs across various mediums including digital and print
• Develop internal marketing tools and company branding
• Facilitate, improve and support design workflow processes and systems
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or closely related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design in an entertainment or creative industry or agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean visual design and strong ability to create beautiful and impactful graphic designs suitable for live events, activations, and digital projects
• Experience with Figma, Creative Cloud complimented with traditional print applications.
• Fluency in Google Slides or related software to outline client facing and internal presentations for projects
• Knowledge of Figma, experience with responsive design, and principles of prototyping is a plus
• Strong conceptual thinker and able to come up with innovative ideas, and execute them to completion
• Curious and up-to-date with the latest design trends and innovations
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
