The Graphic Designer engages the target audience of our customers and our people by ensuring everything created is on brand. You will be part of the Marketing team, who work closely with internal teams to establish their needs and expectations and then conceptualize and deliver design solutions that meet requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing dedicated graphic design support to the internal business as well as supporting our top strategic customer campaigns with specific messaging and positioning.
• Ensuring work reflects the established brand guidelines correctly and advising the business on how the brand can be used.
• Establishing close working relationships with internal teams to understand the challenges and objectives for individual projects.
• Translating strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Developing concepts by hand or with software and executing original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Managing the design and upload process for all project materials based on best practices for using a content management system.
• Designing visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customer.

What you have

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven graphic design and communications experience working within a challenging commercial environment preferably with a portfolio of recent work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
