Department Overview

The Digital Design team provides custom media solutions in support of sales initiatives and frontline sellers, contributing to the planning and implementation of key initiatives across the NA Government and Global Operations organizations, including account-based marketing, sales enablement & training, NA events, RFP and proposal support.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Aligns with frontline sales and North America Proposal Center (NAPC) to provide custom content for RFPs and other selling opportunities
• Provides graphic design, including illustrations, icons, logos, and other graphics within a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
• Applies Motorola's brand, as well as general design principles to all design requests
• Supports the proposal team with creative input on calls, note-taking and follow-up actions
• Communicates with remote teams via video chat, IMs, emails and phone
• Balance multiple projects and tasks
• Maintains organized project queue and shared files, including libraries of Photos, logos, and more
• Updates "moving target" files such as maps, statistics, projects. Keeps on top of the most current information and versions.
• Strong communication skills
• Have an online portfolio or samples of work showing relevant experiences
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or other equivalent subjects
• 1+ years work experience in graphic design and/or marketing
  • Adobe: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and learning Premiere Pro, After Effects
  • Microsoft: Word, PPT, Excel
  • Google: Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites, Drive, Google Earth
• Enjoys supporting frontline sellers to turn their ideas into visually-compelling graphics, slides and executive summaries
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to manage multiple deadline-driven projects
• Innovative and willing to think out of the box to solve problems for our customers
• Collaborative, and service-attuned
• Organized and able to follow up long- and short-term projects
   

The salary range for this role is $55,000-60,000 per year.

• 1+ years work experience in graphic design and/or marketing
