Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital platforms such as websites, ads, emails, and social media graphics.
- Implement design principles and guidelines to maintain consistent branding and messaging across different projects.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to bring your ideas to life.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them creatively to enhance our clients' brand identity.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Immerse yourself in our clients' businesses, understanding their target audience and objectives, to create designs that resonate with their customers.
Requirements
- A few years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in designing digital assets for websites, ads, emails, and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of Figma or other prototyping tools would be an advantage.
- Understanding of design principles, branding guidelines, and the ability to adapt them to diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
