As Graphic Designer, you will be an important contributor of stellar design and creative ideas, an enabler of effective communication, and a steward of our clients’ brands. As an essential member of the Art Department, you support the development of digital, print, and motion graphics projects from design through production.

ABOUT YOU

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Report to Art Managers and Creative Director
  • Execute design, layout, and production on a variety of projects, including:
    • Digital: websites, banner ads, interactive tablet apps, and mobile presentations
    • Print: brochures and advertising
    • Campaign concepts
    • Brand identity: logos and systems
    • Icons, data visualizations, and infographics
    • Video and motion graphics
    • Convention booths and event graphics
    • Slide presentations
  • Collaborate in creative development of integrated healthcare marketing campaigns
  • Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain cutting-edge, high-quality design standards with detailed precision and grow through mentorship and self-assessment
  • Support your team by staying one step ahead and always looking for opportunities to do more

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We seek highly-motivated individuals who can bring accuracy, cutting-edge design, and creativity to our client work. You must have the following qualifications:

  • Formal training in graphic design or related field
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience (preferred) in art/design department, agency, or corporate environment
    • Healthcare agency experience a plus
  • A portfolio which demonstrates the following:
    • Strong sense of design and a definitive style
    • Excellent typography
    • Conceptual creativity
    • Passion for trends and innovation
    • Print and digital design expertise
    • Video and motion graphics a plus
  • Software proficiency:
    • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat required
    • Sketch / Figma / XD, PowerPoint, After Effects, and HTML5 a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Superior organization abilities with a sharp eye for details
  • Eagerness to collaborate and be mentored—as well as the focus and discipline to work independently
  • Energy to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
  • Punctuality
