Role Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the use of Adobe Workfront, builders, review and approval and library systems to support the end-to-end content workflow.
  • Enable seamless and effective global to local pull-though of content tools and processes.
  • Partner closely with Glocal marketers, agencies, other functions and CMO peers to flawlessly execute deployment and improvement workstreams of next gen content platform tools.
  • Serves as local expert in operationalizing marketing programs; understand global and local considerations.
  • Boots on ground inanchor & focusedanchor to Intakelocal/regional requirements for library, brief, builders and share with Global team.
  • Provide leadership and support to implement the Regional Operations, short-term transition plan and mid- term implementation plan to achieve future state.
  • Act as content subject matter experts to ensure proper set up of content workflow processes and tagging of assets to ensure seamless experience for CMO team users, Agencies and Glocal marketers and medical.
  • Acts as L1 Support forBOPs/Marketers:Deliver comms, training, POC in market to help marketers build content, tagging covering 14anchors/focused anchors.
  • Overflow support of Content & Agency Production Operations need more boots on ground.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Marketing Operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering business performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe products (Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and others) and/or expertise in content management & Library systems and Creative Builder technology
  • Familiarity with operational processes and detailed content/production workflows.

Non-Standard Work Schedule , Travel or Enviroment Requirements

  • Standard hours and flexibility to work in global time zones when required.
  • 15 % travel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $127,400.00 to $212,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
