Job Requirements

· Use operations management skills, such as establishing work plans and objectives

· Use sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential markets

· Co-ordinate merchandising functions through retail buyers

· Organizational and planning skills

· Customer service skills

· Travel and management experience

· Strong leadership and team-building skills

· Time and risk management skills an asset

· Oversee Day to Day operations

· Design Strategy and set goals for growth

· Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

· Preparing travel budget reports

· Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies
