The purpose of the Full-Stack Developer role is to develop the front end of an innovative AI-driven product designed to enhance employee productivity and streamline content creation. This role is crucial in integrating large language models (LLMs) with proprietary company data to generate prompts and content that help employees perform their jobs more efficiently and enable research initiatives.

Making an Impact

• Design and develop front-end applications using React.

• Implement back-end services and APIs with Node.js and Python.

• Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate machine learning models into the UI.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for deployment and continuous integration.

• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

• Build intuitive user interfaces that harness AI's generative capabilities to automate and optimize tasks.

• Translate sophisticated AI outputs into actionable insights and content for end-users.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

• Coordinate with AI and data teams on model integration.

• Develop and refine React-based user interfaces.

• Implement and maintain Node.js and Python back-end services.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

• Participate in Agile development processes.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI-driven application development.

Other Details

Qualifications - External

Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer

• Skills:

• Proficient in React and Node.js

• Strong Python programming experience

• Familiarity with AI integration in web applications

• Experience with Azure DevOps

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in building UIs for AI products or data-driven applications

• Strong understanding of cloud-based development and deployment
