Job Duties:
Backhaul for dedicated US Mail and Freight operations.

General scheduling for US mail and Freight operations.

Answering phones and transferring them to the appropriate individuals.

Communicate with our customers concerning late routes, departures, extra trips, and any daily communication for freight and US Mail.

Assist with freight and postal forms and paperwork.

Assist with bi-weekly payroll as defined by the manager.

Assist with onboarding and new hire preparation.

Assist with postal late slips and answering delays in the postal system.

Ensure drivers are on schedule for all routes and maintain 100 percent on-time performance.

Complete reports as outlined by the manager.

Daily update dispatching software per company needs.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel word

DOT regulations - Preferred

Customer Service- Preferred

Excellent communicator - Required.

Able to multi-task and handle stress appropriately- Required.

Trucking experience is preferred but not required.

Willing to learn the industry and be flexible Required.

(Pay is based on experience)

Salary: 60,000 depending on experience
