We are seeking a skilled and dedicated freelance graphic designer to join our team and establish a long-term business relationship. You will be responsible for various graphic design tasks, including designing reports, content writing, organization, distribution, post-business development activities, and creating supplemental materials. There may also be an opportunity for you to oversee the entire report process.

This is a freelance position, and the workload may vary depending on project requirements. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and open to developing a long-term working relationship.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design visually appealing and professional reports in accordance with provided guidelines and branding standards.

• Develop engaging content for reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in conveying information.

• Organize and structure report layouts, ensuring easy navigation and readability.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

• Create supplemental materials such as infographics, charts, and illustrations to enhance the visual presentation of reports.

• Assist in the distribution of reports, ensuring proper formatting and delivery in various formats (print, digital, online, etc.).

• Support post-business development activities, such as creating marketing materials or updating existing designs.

• Potentially manage the entire report process, from conceptualization to final delivery, including coordinating with team members, conducting research, and conducting quality assurance checks.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO HAVE

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on report design and layout.

• Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, etc.).

• Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
