Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, corporate marketing, solutions marketing, and technical experts)
  • Day to day project management and execution of custom and strategic plans including demand generation, virtual and/or live events, and awareness.
  • Building relationships with sales, marketing, and product management stakeholders at various levels to identify new opportunities.
  • Developing an understanding of the customer and the strategies and objectives of Juniper’s direct and partner sales teams.
  • Responsible for marketing programs including, Customer adoption marketing, Installed base marketing / cross-sell and upsell, Renewal programs for the long tail, EOL/EOS (End of Life/End of Service) programs and ABM (Account Based Marketing)– customer success accounts
  • Develop Services-led campaigns that pull through SW and HW
  • Partner engagement & training to increase Services uptake and alignment
  • In-region launch and campaign integration
  • Represent services cross-functionally and promote in other field marketing initiatives

Required skills/experience:

  • History of building and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams and partners in order to build a marketing strategy and implement it. 
  • As an individual contributor, have a range of marketing analytic, strategic and tactical skills to execute agreed upon plan and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with limited direction/supervision as well as adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes.
  • Strong collaboration skills to interact and influence key stakeholders in the business groups, marketing, field and channel teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a can-do attitude and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
  • 3+ years  of technology marketing experience. Will consider recent grads or equivalent experience with a drive and passion to learn.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales automation systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
