About the Role: Field Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Associate who’s eager to grow our brand presence and help generate new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Leader for Demand Generation to bring marketing programs to life—supporting lead nurturing, events, and campaigns that build awareness and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage communication and outreach before, during, and after events to engage leads and support the sales team.
- Represent Array at about 25 conferences and events per year, managing booth setup and on-site interactions.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as webinars, dinners, and events to attract and convert leads.
- Help promote events across email, social media, and landing pages.
- Gather feedback from events and customer interactions to improve future campaigns.
- Make sure field teams have all marketing materials, signage, and giveaways they need.
- Work closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to keep messaging consistent.
- Use AI tools regularly to speed up your work and enhance creativity.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, field marketing, or sales—especially in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- A passion for creating engaging customer and community experiences.
- Confidence in interacting with prospects both online and in person.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or Gong.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude—you like to get things done.
- Experience writing outreach messages or working with sales development teams.
- A mindset that embraces AI for smarter, faster work.
Pay and Hiring Process
Salary: Starting at $75,000 or more depending on experience.
