Role Overview:

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers during the implementation and deployment of Flagman solutions. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their safety requirements and recommend appropriate Flagman solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Flagman hardware and software.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of Flagman products.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement of Flagman solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial automation or safety industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Experience with PLCs, industrial networks, and IoT technologies is a plus.
