Marshall Facilities
The Marshall Facilities team provides support to the physical operations to Marshall faculty and staff offices, libraries, student, and instructional spaces. The office oversees not only the maintenance and upkeeping of the building, they also manage the keys and access, management of storage, and overseeing the cleaning, security, and HVAC systems. In addition to all of the regular operations, the office is responsible for disseminating USC campus COVID policies/guidelines for operations and ensuring that supplies, office set-ups are updated.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of USC Marshall buildings at both locations (i.e., University Park Campus and USC City Center), ensuring that all components of our daily operations are working smoothly (security, custodial, infrastructure, etc). They will provide leadership & supervisory responsibilities to the facilities coordinators & administrative support team. In addition the Facilities Manager will manage and execute renovation projects from initial program development through completion of construction and project completion with the approved budget.

Salary Range:
The annual base salary range for this position is $104,292.86 - $127,955.64 . When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
