Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the client and the DCPV360 teams throughout the assigned project life cycle. Organizing the event details, ensuring client preferences are fulfilled, carrying out a production schedule and assisting with Run of Show and Zoom Streaming.
Project Organization: Gather conference details and establish deadlines that meet the needs of the client. Conduct regular communication with the client and the DCPV360 design and production teams to ensure deadlines are being met and client requests are being fulfilled. Reference the client proposal, and let the clients know of any additional costs or contract limits.
Zoom Streaming Knowledge: Understand in detail the ins-and-outs of the Zoom Streaming application and keep track of updates. Should be able to schedule and run a zoom meeting and understand how to adjust zoom settings. Utilize Tech Directors as needed for assistance.
Run Of Show: Prepare a production schedule that follows the run-of-show/schedule provided by the client. Review final staff instructions, final run of show, and relevant documents; problem solves and informs superior of any issues that could affect the positive outcome of a project or requires additional attention. Organize and schedule conference Meetings and Webinars in Zoom, with pre-scheduling panelists and breakout rooms. Work with clients and their speakers/panelists to provide instruction and training.
Live Event: Oversee the day-of activities including managing technicians and corresponding with the client; communicates any last-minute changes with the design team.
