We are looking for a long-term dedicated Event Sales team leader who will take initiative and make sure we grow sales.
```Duties```
- Sales for various events, including group parties, kid parties, karaoke parties, immersive parties, music shows, and other types of parties and events.
- Follow up with booking inquiries to close the deals
- Coordinate details with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
- Source and negotiate party supplies with vendors, suppliers
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination
- Coordinate guest services, including registration, accommodations, and catering
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop event promotion strategies
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for events
```Experience```
- Proven experience in event planning and management and customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of events party operations and event marketing strategies
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver successful events
- Experience in phone booking for events and following with customers to provide full service
- Familiarity with bowling parties, karaoke parties, catering, general party room operations and guest services
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, people of all ages and various backgrounds, and team members

We are located in Cupertino California. The pay is hourly with bonus incentives for successful event sales.
