We are seeking an e-learning developer to support the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Learning Science Application Center. As an e-learning developer you will support the design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality learning assets and experiences. These assets and experiences will be delivered in modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual learning assets.
Responsibilities
· Support the development of online training assets using Articulate and Composica
· Responsible for developing online training assets from storyboards from an instructional systems designer
· Participate in the design and development of online training assets
· Collaborate with instructional systems designers, graphic designers and quality assurance professionals to develop DAU-approved online training assets
· Support the integration of completed learning assets with DAU delivery infrastructures through testing and validation by working closely with DAU’s delivery team
Requirements
· East Coast Core Hours of 9am to 3pm EST
· Reliable high-speed internet connection
· Strong understanding of 508 compliance
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong facilitation and analysis skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Strong information technology skills
· Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience using courseware development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Composica, Articulate (Rise and Storyline), and dominKnow
· Proficiency in MS Office
· At least 5 years of experience working as developer on courseware development projects
· Experience working with Federal agencies preferred
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
