This job provides administrative and management support functions in connection with Allied Health and undergraduate medical education training programs such as education affiliation management, outcomes data collection and analysis, student scheduling and registration, and attendance at a variety of recruitment events for educational programs.

 

Education

 

Required - High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Experience

 

Preferred - Bachelor's degree.

 

Required - 6 years of related experience, including experience working both independently and within a flexible team environment coordinating large group events and ceremonies.

 

Knowledge Skills And Abilities (KSAs)

 

Preferred - Experience in medical education accreditation and processes.

 

  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize, plan, and manage time.
  • Ability to move throughout and between facilities.
  • Ability to travel when required.

 

Job Duties

 

  • Manages all affiliating Allied Health and UGME medical student elective programs and provides student support.
  • Controls administrative activities for the OLHCC programs.
  • Ensures quality control and continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Manages professional growth.
  • Participates in long-range business planning.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
