What You Will Be Doing

1. Create viral-worthy content that challenges the status quo in gifted education
2. Build a comprehensive knowledge base of cutting-edge research and trends
3. Produce compelling daily short-form and weekly long-form content across multiple platforms
4. Represent gt.school at industry events and build relationships with education thought leaders
5. Set quality standards for and improve AI-generated content to amplify our reach

Education Content Strategist Key Responsibilities

Build and engage the largest community in gifted education, uniting parents, educators, and advocates who believe in unleashing the full potential of gifted students.

Basic Requirements

1. Proven track record of building an engaged social media following (1,000+ followers)
2. Direct experience with gifted education as a parent, former gifted student, professional, or researcher/advocate
3. Located in the US with a deep understanding of the gifted education landscape
4. Excellence in multimedia content creation and storytelling
5. Comfort with public speaking across various formats
6. Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
