Innovative Driven is currently seeking a charismatic and professional eDiscovery Analyst to join the Denver-based team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients! The firm focuses on high-stakes civil trials, appeals, related commercial litigation cases and catastrophic torts.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MT, including lunch hour. The role is also OT and bonus eligible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Communicate and collaborate with case attorneys to perform keyword searches, apply filters, and cull data to narrow review sets
2. Utilize core Relativity tools to prepare documents for review and production
3. Process, load and export data to and from our eDiscovery platform
4. Address issues such as missing metadata, field mapping, load file exceptions and adherence to ESI requirements
5. Interact with outside service providers and vendors to coordinate support and to deliver data for hosting
6. Prioritize assignments and workflow to meet and exceed timeline deadlines
7. Perform thorough quality control and validation
8. Facilitate the administration and tracking of client data
9. Provide front-line assistance to end users on utilization of eDiscovery review platforms
10. Assist with the use of Relativity and the migration to RelOne
11. Manage internal and external use of Sharefile to securely move data while maintaining security and chain of custody

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree is required
2. At least three years of relevant eDiscovery database experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor is required
3. Advanced experience with Relativity software is required, RCA credential is a plus
