We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Listing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Malta, OH. As an Ecommerce Listing Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings across various ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Zoro, Walmart, eBay, and the company's own WooCommerce website. This role requires close collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager, Marketing team, Website Development, and other company departments to ensure that product listings are fully optimized for searchability, user experience, and conversion rates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Optimize and manage ecommerce product listings across multiple platforms, including the company's WooCommerce site, Amazon, Walmart, Zoro and eBay, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing conversions.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve product rankings on ecommerce platforms through SEO, keyword optimization, and enhanced content.
3. Create compelling product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and other content to maximize search engine visibility and user engagement.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers into product listings.
5. Maintain and update product listings regularly, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on all ecommerce platforms.
6. Analyze listing performance using various analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve search visibility, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
7. Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings, implementing strategies to improve overall product presentation and user experience.
8. Coordinate with the creative team to ensure high-quality images, videos, and other visual assets are implemented in the listings.
9. Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to align listing strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
10. Keep up to date with ecommerce trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure listings stay competitive in the marketplace.
11. Troubleshoot any issues related to product listings, ensuring listings are optimized across desktop and mobile.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proven experience in ecommerce listing optimization on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Zoro and WooCommerce preferred but not required.
2. 1- 3 years’ experience is preferred, but not necessary, pending appropriate qualifications.
3. Ability to maintain focus on oftentimes tedious and monotonous details throughout daily work.
4. Experience with Grainger, Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and ecommerce ranking algorithms.
6. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other ecommerce-related platforms.
7. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and search-optimized product listings.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven ability to exercise extreme attention to detail paired with the knowledge to suggest improvement of ecommerce product listings.
2. Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools such as Seller Central, WooCommerce, or other large marketplace supplier portals.
3. Knowledge of PPC advertising on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products).
4. Familiarity with product photography and image optimization techniques.
5. Experience working with ERP systems and their integration with ecommerce platforms.
