We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to grow with us. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building the online presence of Mantis Pest Solutions. The ideal candidate will think creatively, communicate effectively, and keep up with what’s trending! Additionally, the candidate will assist in creating and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on company and industry terms, trends, and offerings
• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including social media and web
• Drive company growth through appropriate practices
• Leverage technology and digital tools to improve existing and potential customer experiences
• Assist with the development of new marketing plans and initiatives
• Provide feedback and insights to improve company processes
• Collaborate with team members on projects
• Attend team and office meetings
• Other assignments and responsibilities as necessary
• Treat others with respect

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with productivity software such as Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Results oriented with strong attention to detail
• Photography and photo editing skills
• Graphic design knowledge
• Digital and social media experience (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Familiarity with creating videos and reels

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED

Optional

College Level Education / Certifications in:

• Marketing
• Visual Media
• Communications
• Public Relations
• Journalism

Bilingual: Spanish

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $29,000 - $37,500*

*Compensation will be based on the experience of the candidate.
