The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving our Digital Marketing strategy. This role will partner with product management, marketing and sales to build digital experiences that drive and convert traffic. Improving the digital presence, implementing ongoing SEO tactics (content and technical) and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement is critical to this role.

Essential Functions

• Implement global SEO strategy – Support program that improves keyword position in the SERPs and drives organic traffic to Gems global websites
  • Work closely with product, commercial and content teams to align on SEO for all web content
  • Perform ongoing keyword research to find opportunities to continually take share in SERPs
  • Creating and applying ongoing SEO tactics to drive traffic, engagement and conversion is essential
• Support websites and digital properties
  • Maintain all global websites and manage content through CMS and website partner as needed
  • Ensure digital experiences exceed current standards for both UX and compliance
  • Support e-store solution to meet the current/future expectations of online consumers
• Track and report on digital marketing and critical web metrics(Daily Management): Measure and report performance of digital marketing initiatives and work with team to identify and implement countermeasures
• May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the Director of Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager

Education & Experience Required

• 2-5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience (B2B and/or agency environment strongly preferred)
• Deep familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics 4, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing
• Proficient with MS Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

National: The salary range for this position is $52,600- $97,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
