We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.
The Client
The client is a successful, reputable, and profitable multimedia company looking to grow and expand their digital marketing division.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you’ll serve as the central point of communication between company clients, internal teams (SEO, paid media, design, content), and stakeholders. You’ll manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and expectations to ensure digital campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, including SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and web development initiatives.
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and company clients, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and updates.
- Develop detailed project timelines, assign tasks, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project scope, budgets, and resources; manage change requests and resolve roadblocks.
- Lead kickoff meetings, status check-ins, and project close-outs.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com) to organize and track progress.
- Assist in reporting and analytics by coordinating data from various team members and tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Ensure marketing deliverables meet brand, quality, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven success managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, content, web).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and company client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Preferred (nice to have)
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot.
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (web design, copywriting, video, etc.).
- Ability to interpret and communicate campaign results and KPIs.
