The FAT Brands Digital Marketing Team is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, customer-obsessed CRM & Loyalty Manager to drive a best-in-class CRM & loyalty experience for guests across the FAT Brands portfolio. Reporting to the Senior. Director of Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for crafting and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive guest acquisition, frequency, and retention. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, think strategically about the business, and deliver measurable results.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys that enhance customer engagement, increase retention, and drive repeat purchases.
  2. Gain a thorough understanding of all digital systems and uphold best practices and standards for campaign execution.
  3. Own the ideation, copywriting, and editing for customer journeys and automations to ensure all touchpoints align with each brand's identity and deliver a seamless, personalized experience.
  4. Create detailed project plans and creative briefs, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance of CRM & loyalty initiatives, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
  6. Work closely with the Digital Project Manager on loyalty program refreshes, new launches, strategic recommendations, offers, and communication improvements to ensure program success.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the planning and rollout of new programs and facilitate franchisee training on program updates.
  8. Research and stay current with industry news, digital marketing trends, best practices, and regulations, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to discover unique promotional strategies for each brand.


Required Education & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
  2. 4+ years’ experience and proven results executing CRM, loyalty and customer journey building in the restaurant or retail space.
  3. Working knowledge of Loyalty & CRM platforms like Punchh, Sparkfly, Iterable, SMS solutions like Attentive, and CDP systems.
  4. Proven experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM segmentation, and channel-specific reporting tools required.
  5. Strong understanding of email and mobile marketing best practices, data hygiene and CAN-SPAM laws.
  6. Outstanding organizational skills and detailed project management experience; ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong desire for collaboration and proven track record developing collaborative partnerships.
