Job Description:

Our client, a large luxury fashion and retail company, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$130k – $140k

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with the VP of Ecommerce and Marketing and will be responsible for developing tactics and leading the day-to-day strategy and execution across the company’s primary paid channels (Affiliate, Paid Social, Search, Display) and retention channels. In addition, you will work to ensure that media budgets are allocated appropriately to achieve business goals / KPIs, develop a roadmap and approach to testing and optimizing programs, and manage all of the company’s outside media and agency relationships.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Help brands to scale and optimize marketing channels through a 360 marketing strategy
  • Grow digital marketing channels across paid media, affiliate influencer marketing, SEO, PPC, Email, and SMS
  • Develop personalization and A/B testing strategies by defining customer cohorts and user journeys to maximize sales and conversion
  • Report KPIs & strategize growth plans with the executive team
  • Research, test, and implement new marketing tools and platforms to optimize performance

Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with few years focused on growth/performance marketing
  • Industry experience is required including DTC (Direct to consumer)
  • Software experience including Shopify & Google Analytics
  • Experience managing all performance marketing platforms and building a funnel-based customer journey
  • Self starter with strategic and out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to scale quickly

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
