Digital Marketing Manager – Demand Generation

📍 Location: Woburn, MA

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in defining, managing, and optimizing Blancco’s digital user experience and lead acquisition strategy.

In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and analysis of digital platforms and activities to increase brand awareness and convert web visitors into free trials and qualified leads for the business through SEO, SEM, and web experience.

What You’ll Do

️✔️ Digital Marketing

1. Manage and oversee the Blancco.com websites, including Blancco.com and our other associated web properties
2. Analyze and report on user behavior data such as website traffic, user flows, and heatmaps to understand user interactions, identify pain points, and optimize experience
3. Develop and review A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, landing pages, forms, and other key conversion points
4. Identify and recommend strategies to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the greater Marketing team and web agency
5. Create, analyze, and optimize lead acquisition channels to drive quality conversions into MQLs and pipeline
6. Identify and work with team members and external agency partners to implement tactics to improve traffic acquisition via organic, AI-based and paid strategies

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience & Skills:

1. Experience with Google Analytics is a requirement
2. Proven technical experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or other MAP/CRM tools
3. Proven technical experience with WordPress or other CMS
4. Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and campaign management
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Previously worked within the SaaS industry is a bonus
7. Experience with 6sense is a bonus

1. BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
