POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to provide essential operational support for our growing marketing, sponsorship and advertising teams. The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing and advertising tactics that generate leads, grow membership, and foster corporate engagement. This role will focus on managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, coordinating sponsorship deliverables, reporting on performance, and ensuring high-quality execution of digital initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate digital advertising campaign tactics, including placements in publications, email, and websites.
- Assist with the creation, proofing, production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinate execution sponsor-related digital deliverables. Maintain accurate records of digital deliverables and sponsor commitments in coordination with the sales and sponsorship teams.
- Support webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and post-event lead reporting.
- Support lead generation, email marketing, and marketing list management through Salesforce.
- Support performance of products and services through coordination of e-commerce sales reporting, evaluations and surveys.
- Manage organization’s digital asset library (Pickit) to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry best practices while coordinating asset requests, approvals, and version control.
- Work collaboratively and manage relationships with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure coordinated communication efforts.
- Provide traffic coordination of marketing project schedules, managing the status and upcoming deadlines through Trello.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing management team as needed, such as scheduling and documenting team meetings, assisting with presentations and reports, and focus groups logistics.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, self-directed and process/detail oriented
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and sales enablement practices
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Working knowledge of email marketing and social media best practices
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 – certification a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Monday, or Slack
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders

- Full-time position with the ability to work M-F during normal business hours. May be expected to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
- Ability to travel to conferences and/or meetings
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2+ years of direct marketing experience
COMPENSATION:
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
