This position is responsible for supporting management with all aspects of marketing and communications to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have integrity, be open-minded a self-starter, has a love for learning, is detail oriented, results based, flexible, able to prioritize tasks based on deadlines, has a strong work ethic, and an ability to maintain a positive attitude while navigating multiple deadlines. This team member will be responsible for supporting efforts that include email, SMS/text, conversion copywriting, video, graphics, website, paid ads, landing pages, funnels, and various other campaigns and activities as needed. Pay is based on experience with the following.

Communications:

• Responding with exceptional customer service via email, phone, social media, text, etc.
• Auditing with accuracy to ensure registrants have access to their products/services
• Administrative tasks as assigned for organization, team-focused assistance, etc.

Email & Text Marketing Campaigns

• Email sequence creation, automation, connection and testing with high level of accuracy and precision
• Updates to existing emails for recurring campaigns (new dates, links, etc.)
• Creation of and editing email content in accordance with messaging guidelines
• Creation of and editing text copy
• Editing and adjustment of copy in accordance with messaging guidelines

Funnel Creation / Maintenance

• Landing page creation, automation, connection and testing with high level of accuracy and precision
• Overall funnel connections, tags, tech and testing
• Updates to existing landing pages for recurring campaigns (new dates, links, etc.)
• Creation of marketing deliverables (lead magnets, worksheets, etc.)

• Experience maintaining email campaigns and funnels
• Experience working with paid ad campaigns
• Extremely detail-oriented as this role coordinates the outbound communication with our customers
• Tech savvy to adapt to new tools required for this role and discover new tools that could improve processes and customer experience
• Prioritization of tasks and projects to ensure on time completion as this role is responsible for the implementation of multiple deadline-oriented projects that often overlap
• Process-driven thinking as you implement and improve existing processes and create new ones to improve efficiency and consistency of customer experience.
• Robust knowledge of online marketing
• ActiveCampaign/CRM specific experience
• ClickFunnels specific experience

Preferred:

• Prior experience with the following tools/softwares is a plus:
• Active Campaign, ClickFunnels, Hyros, HotJar, Zoom, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads
