Job Summary

Javvy is hiring a Digital Designer to join our Brand Design team! In this role, you’ll create high-impact digital assets for organic social, email marketing, and online Marketplaces including Amazon, Instacart andTikTok Shop. Reporting to the Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for turning briefs into polished, on-brand designs that drive engagement and conversion across our most important customer touchpoints.

We’re looking for a hands-on, agile designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have a sharp eye for design, understand platform best practices and know how to translate strategy into scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized designs. From carousel graphics to branded emails and A+ content, your work will help shape how customers experience Javvy.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Develop Multi-Channel Creative Assets
  2. Email Marketing: Design campaign creatives and autoflow templates in Figma that align with brand voice and drive engagement; Create animated GIFs to enhance storytelling and engagement; Export sliced assets for email development and deployment.
  3. Social Media: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva to design on-brand creative assets for static posts and motion graphics based on campaign briefs (ex. feed posts, stories, and ads).
  4. Marketplaces (Amazon, Instacart & TikTok Shop): Design and optimize digital assets for marketplaces—including A+ content, storefront visuals, carousel graphics, and quick-turn TikTok bundle images. Ensure all designs are conversion-focused and aligned with platform best practices.
  5. Stay Current & Collaborative
  6. Keep up with trends in design, e-commerce, email marketing, and social content to continually bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
  7. Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity by maintaining consistency, quality, and innovation across all digital design outputs.
  8. Work closely with email, social, and online marketplace teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
  9. Contribute to creative brainstorms and present ideas and mockups to stakeholders.
  10. Uphold and evolve Javvy’s visual identity across all touchpoints.


Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital design (preferably CPG space)
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
  3. Experience creating animated GIFs/Motion Graphics
  4. Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  6. Positive, collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude
  7. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  8. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects
  9. Retail marketing experience is bonus
