Our client is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join their growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in organizing, tagging, and uploading digital assets into a robust digital asset management (DAM) system. You’ll collaborate with a close-knit team, reporting to the Senior Digital Asset Strategist and working alongside two other DAM professionals to support organization-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upload, catalog, and tag a high volume of digital assets across various projects and teams
2. Follow established naming conventions and metadata standards
3. Ensure assets are organized and easily accessible within the DAM system
4. Support cross-functional teams by fulfilling asset access and usage requests
5. Adapt to shifting project needs and take direction from senior team members

Location: Remote (Chicagoland area preferred)

Duration: 6+ months, ongoing

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $24-$29/hour

Technical Requirements:

1. 2+ years of hands-on DAM experience
2. Familiarity with Brandfolder is a strong plus
3. Proficiency in asset organization, metadata tagging, and version control
