We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Django Developer with strong DevOps expertise to lead the development and maintenance of several web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security compliance, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development:
2. Lead the development and maintenance of multiple Django-based web applications.
3. DevOps and Automation:
4. Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
5. Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
6. Security Compliance:
7. Implement and document measures to comply with NIST 800-53 security standards.
8. Operations Support:
9. Provide business hours operational coverage.
10. Triage outages, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues as needed.
11. Infrastructure Management:
12. Work with containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
13. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
14. Monitoring and Logging:
15. Configure application monitoring, log collection, and alarms to ensure uptime.
16. Network and Security:
17. Design and implement secure network topologies.

Qualifications

1. Education:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. 7+ years of Experience
4. Technical Proficiency:
5. Operating Systems: Linux
6. Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash
7. Version Control: Git
8. CI/CD Pipelines: GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar tools
9. Platforms: Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, GCP, Azure
10. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
11. Primary Skills:

Pay: $138,568.00 - $150,015.00 per year
