We are seeking a skilled and hands-on REMOTE DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a contractor role for an initial 3-month engagement, focused on infrastructure automation, security, observability, and seamless partner integrations within the OCI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployments in OCI
2. Develop observability frameworks using OCI native tools and third-party platforms
3. Apply security best practices within the OCI environment, including IAM, policies, and secure networking
4. Manage and publish assets to the OCI Marketplace
5. Collaborate with clients and partners to integrate systems, APIs, and infrastructure
6. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure high availability and performance
7. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience in a cloud environment
2. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
3. Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
4. Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
5. Experience with observability tools and logging/monitoring best practices
6. Understanding of cloud security principles, especially in OCI
7. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in distributed team settings
