Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our advanced CI/CD pipeline architecture, delivering seamless integration and deployment processes. You will work with a variety of leading tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD, to support continuous delivery and infrastructure automation. This role is perfect for a dynamic, solution-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact on both development and deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline Automation: Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive, multi-layered automation frameworks for CI/CD pipelines. Leverage tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to deliver a secure, scalable, and efficient delivery pipeline that supports developer-centric workflows.
2. Continuous Delivery: Implement and maintain GitOps-based continuous delivery with ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments. Enable declarative, version-controlled application definitions, ensuring automated drift detection and reconciliation.
3. Infrastructure as Code: Build and manage infrastructure automation through code, using modern practices to ensure consistency and scalability across environments.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and solve complex deployment challenges.
5. Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize pipeline performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security throughout the entire delivery pipeline.
6. Automation & Efficiency: Continually seek out opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce friction in deployment, and improve operational efficiency.
7. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that all deployments adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.

Qualifications

1. 
   
2. Secret or Top Secret clearance eligibility.
3. Experience working for Large System Integrators.
4. Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
5. Proven track record of architecting secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
6. Expertise in deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling.
7. In-depth knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and techniques.
8. Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
9. Deep understanding of resilience engineering, fault-tolerant architectures, and disaster recovery strategies.
10. Ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges.
12. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, developers, and cross-functional teams.
