We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automation tools and scripts for provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem systems.
2. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and smooth application deployment, from development to production.
3. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based services and resources.
4. Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring systems to track application and infrastructure performance. Analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
5. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development teams to improve development workflows, enhance system architecture, and troubleshoot issues. Provide support during the release process and ensure smooth deployment.
6. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
7. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to define and manage infrastructure in a version-controlled environment.
8. Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions: Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring the reliability and availability of services in case of failure.
9. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure setup, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Technical Skills:
4. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
5. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
7. Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
8. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
9. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
10. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
11. Soft Skills:
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
14. Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, maintainable solutions.
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

1. Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
2. Experience with microservices architecture and deployment patterns.
3. Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
