We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automation tools and scripts for provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem systems.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and smooth application deployment, from development to production.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based services and resources.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring systems to track application and infrastructure performance. Analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development teams to improve development workflows, enhance system architecture, and troubleshoot issues. Provide support during the release process and ensure smooth deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to define and manage infrastructure in a version-controlled environment.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions: Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring the reliability and availability of services in case of failure.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure setup, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Preferred (Optional) Skills:
- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with microservices architecture and deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
