We are looking for a hard-working and reliable associate to provide superior customer service, learn about our great products and producers, and fulfill daily stocking duties. Our Dairy departments proudly offer a variety of specialty products in addition to your standard fair. In this position, you'll learn about the rich stories behind our local, organic eggs, creamy A2 Guernsey milk, and many others. In addition to working with great people, you'll also have the opportunity to work independently, so the ability to prioritize and stay on task is a must.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior stocking experience is preferred.
• 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 40lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
