RealEyes Digital is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill a Creative Strategist, Coordinator role. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, project management, and performance marketing knowledge to drive successful campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, and organized, with a passion for creative storytelling and direct response marketing.
- Assist with creative ideation and oversee the production of impactful campaigns, including the development of creative assets such as scripting, landing page ideation, and copy testing.
- Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify creative strategies for growth and innovation.
- Provide consultative solutions using data, analytics, and creative insights.
- Collaborate directly with the Creative Team to write scripts, produce videos, and give strategic and creative notes, evaluating copy and visuals from a consumer perspective.
- Use research, data, and creative insights to build hypotheses to test and iterate.
- Write strategic briefs outlining scientific, creative tests within ads to gain high-impact learnings.
- Identify top performing concepts and work closely with Growth Marketers to build strategic account plans.
- Identify top performing concepts and create playbooks to help the Creative Team understand how to scale out concepts that are working.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand integrity, values and guidelines of RealEyes customers and ensure that this is maintained across all creative and communication outputs.
- Plan, manage timelines and set expectations with our customers.
Requirements:
- A finger on the pulse in the media space, with strong social-media instincts and the ability to stay on top of what’s new and fresh
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut
- Experience analyzing datasets and delivering insights, with strong paid social (and ideally SEM) proficiency.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Experience using Asana is ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
- West Coast/Pacific Time Zone preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of marketing experience in social and direct response marketing
- Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
- Experience as a Facebook user and mastery of Meta’s ad products
- Have strong paid social proficiency. SEM proficiency is a plus
- Ability to analyze and tie Google Analytics performance to platform UI performance for campaign optimization
- Experience creating paid social ads
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
