We are looking for a talented Creative Project Manager to support our client's Customer Advocacy team. This team is responsible for the identification, production, and promotion of customer case studies for the client. In this role you will help bring stories to market by ensuring adherence to timelines and managing internal communications with partners in Marketing, Sales, Legal and Product. The ideal candidate has experience managing customer success stories/case studies and experience in a marketing organization working with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

• Set up projects.
• Facilitate meetings.
• Manage tasks and timelines in partnership with the client's agencies.
• Route files for approvals.
• Communicate on project status.
• Refine processes and build reports as time permits.
• Attend team meetings and required trainings.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of on-the-job experience in a large marketing organization is preferred.
• Creative project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management systems.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• A solid understanding of marketing communication fundamentals (channels, content types, messaging).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
