As a Creative Director at Randall Reilly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring our design and various content teams to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and various product teams to ensure our creative materials align with our brand values and business objectives.

Job Role + Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Provide creative vision and leadership to the design and various content teams, guiding them in producing high-quality, on-brand content.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and more.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of designers, videographers, and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Creative Direction: Oversee the development of visual and video assets, ensuring they align with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
Project Management: Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and ensure all creative materials meet industry best practices and legal guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align creative efforts with overall business goals and product launches.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $160,000/year. - 165,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
