DarkStar Intelligence is seeking Counterintelligence Role Players to participate in essential training exercises for the JCITA program. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to contributing to a crucial aspect of national security.

Location: Quantico, VA and around Northern Virginia/Washington, DC/ Maryland

Security Clearance Level: Secret

Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Position Type: Hybrid

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Role Players will participate in exercises ranging from 1 to 20 personnel on a daily basis, with the potential for extended work hours if required.
• All contractor role players must satisfy specific physical requirements to perform their duties adequately.
• Role players will supply necessary props, such as costumes, communication devices, or disguises. Any purchased items for this purpose will be considered government property once the role is complete.
• Participants must have the appropriate background and skills to align with the specific courses and exercises detailed in JCITA's yearly training agenda.
• Role-play scenarios will be provided to the Contractor by the Government and shall vary by course and are not necessarily the same throughout a single course type. An estimate of hours per exercise for each role player will be provided by the Government. While course schedules are published, last-minute changes may be expected about 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current SECRET level U.S. government clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong oral communication skills, ability to follow instructions and written script.
• Capability to work independently.
• Able to walk, sit, or stand for up to 2 hours.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid US driver’s license, fluent in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Working Conditions:

Duties mostly during normal hours; up to 10% outside normal hours.

Training and operations shall continue regardless of weather conditions, except in severe conditions deemed a safety issue.
