We are recruiting for an Cost Accountant to join a thriving and reputable organization in the Woodland area. This is a direct hire position that requires onsite attendance. Salary range: $80,000-$100,000/year.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fixed assets, depreciations, and can support the month end close process in a hands-on capacity. Experience with multiple entities is highly desired.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekly cash reporting.
• Assist with the accounting management for all related entities/
• Assists with the preparation of financial statements and consolidation for all entities.
• Manage AP invoice entry, audit account coding, run checks, scan invoices, investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with depreciation computations for monthly financials and budget forecasts.
• Assists with preparing for annual CPA review with supporting schedules, analysis, reports, etc.
• Manage client invoicing and/or cash receipts.
• Look for ways to streamline office procedures & customer billing.
• Provides and reviews credit applications for potential customers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Maintain the highest standards of excellence in appearance and attitude.
• Serve as a professional role model for employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in Accounting.
• Must be highly proficient with MS Excel (Pivot Table and VLook-ups).
• Experience with accounting for fixed assets and depreciation schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
