The Role

We're looking to hire a Copywriter in our Growth Marketing Team to join our dynamic team at Sprinto. We're hiring our early team in the US and are looking for bold, fast, and committed individuals with prior experience with producing top-notch marketing content

Responsibilities

• Understand user demography across multi-national and multi-dimensional clients
• Curate campaigns for a portfolio of worldwide clients across sectors
• Develop creative and engaging multimedia content for digital and offline platforms
• Constantly improvise on copy and conduct various A/B tests to improve the campaign performance
• Research the latest trends to find new and better ways of promoting Sprinto to its customers
• Work with designers, product marketing, and other teams for day-to-day work
   

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, journalism, or a related field)
• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a start-up or campaign copywriting, technical copywriting, or content teams
• You are analytical and know how to visualize data
• Experience in SaaS environment preferred
• You seek high ownership, independent and fast environments and take feedback constructively
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
