Responsible for creating marketing and communications solutions by building strategy around goals and generating creative concepts and writing to meet those goals. These concepts should effectively connect with Sanford's target audiences and create strong relationships with patients and the public supporting the Sanford brand. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with a wide variety of people. Ability to work closely with various health system personnel. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Although not required, experience in a healthcare field is desired. Writing experience is necessary. Possesses proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Word). Possesses flexibility to manage multiple projects and crisis situations. Ability to implement change through verbal and written communication. Possesses strong creative and problem solving skills, an eye for detail, and good visual and verbal communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Mass Communications, English, Writing/Rhetoric, Creative Writing, or related field is required.

Minimum of two years of copywriting experience is required.

When applicable, the employee must have a current valid Category II driver s license and meets all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers.
