As a Copywriter, you'll collaborate closely with our CEO and Head of Growth to craft compelling and strategic copy across various channels. Your work will play a critical role in shaping our brand's voice and driving engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine copy for our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and effectively communicates our value propositions.
• Create engaging and informative newsletters that resonate with our audience and drive retention.
• Write short-form content for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
• Produce long-form content such as articles, blog posts, and whitepapers that establish OSSA.AI as an industry thought leader.
• Craft persuasive email copy for both acquisition campaigns and customer success initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Growth on content strategy, ensuring all copy supports our overall marketing and growth goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free copy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a copywriting role, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create content that engages and converts across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
• Experience with email marketing and crafting copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with executives on content strategy.
• Background in AI or tech-related industries.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and inform strategy.
