Job Description:

Synergy Interactive is currently partnered with a well-known holding agency seeking a Copy Lead to join their team! As a Copy Lead, you will create memorable, results-oriented experiences for our clients (and prospective Clients) through the pitch process. A skilled writer and storyteller, you can craft compelling copy native to multiple channels, ranging from RFPs/RFIs to social, long-form videos, and more.

 

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling new business proposals that reflect the agency's values
  • Build custom RFP and RFI narratives aligning our messaging with specific client goals and opportunities
  • Orchestrating the proposal production timeline, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Craft-inspired copy across all channels
  • Solve client problems and provide multiple creative solutions for each project
  • Have a confident voice in brainstorming/concept meetings to invent breakthrough solutions to real problems
  • Play an active role in helping create compelling client presentations
  • Successfully present and engage with clients on an as-needed basis
  • Proactively contribute to the evolution and success of a pitch, RFP, RFI, and in turn, the client’s business, brand, and marketing objectives
  • Clearly present and articulate work during internal reviews
  • Write scripts for pitch videos or concepts
  • Craft voiceover scripts that are fluid, natural

 

Require Skills

  • 5+ years of experience writing for new business or marketing in a creative/advertising agency
  • Excellent writing and editing skills adaptable across proposals, press releases, website copy, and more
  • Proven experience in crafting magnetic copy that incites new business development
  • Meticulous attention to detail in both writing and project completion
  • Experience in creative advertising or marketing environments across a range of brands
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and winning campaigns
  • Solid portfolio featuring a wide range of real work across channels
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
