About the role

Reporting directly to the locally situated President for DTC-GS, this position will provide holistic contracts management for the entire US Defence and Government business unit portfolio.

Core elements will include:

• Negotiates the Company's contracts and subcontracts and participates in all aspects of the procurement process
• Manage the delivery of overall contractual support (review, drafting, issuing, negotiation, flow-down, and interpretation of a wide range of contractual documents and agreements)
• Responsible for comprehensive review and risk assessment of business enterprise RFP’s
• Researches and interprets government regulations as they apply to the Company’s contract areas and advises project managers and other company personnel
• Ensure that company practices and procedures maintain compliance with Government contracts.
• Be the main point of contact for Export Control matters and ensure compliance with Export Regulations and ITAR.

About You

We are seeking candidates with high level strategic commercial business acumen that have high level organisational and interpersonal skills. To be successful in your application you should have extensive experience within a contract management environment ideally within a government of defence related business and possess an active Department of Defense security clearance to Secret level.

Qualifications within Business Administration or related field, although not mandatory, would be highly beneficial.

Within the DTC business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role it will be predominantly based at our Ashburn facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.
