Seeking a Support Content Writer to research and write content for our video streaming products. You're something of a computer geek: comfortable with technology, apps, and fixing problems. You also enjoy the challenge of writing simple, conversational content that helps people accomplish tasks. Your attention to detail is impeccable.

Responsibilities

• Work with a focused and fast-paced team to research and write content that answers common customer questions and solves customer problems.
• Write content to support new devices, software updates, promotions, partnerships, shows/movies, and more.
• Partner with the CX Strategy & Operations team to understand common support issues and address them in our content.
• Leverage data sources to provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations, with a commitment to continuously improve the customer experience. Iterate, test, and optimize content to help uncover the most successful approaches.

Technology Requirements
Microsoft Suite

Education
Bachelor's in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field

Experience
4-6 years of experience writing support content for a consumer product (ideally, software)

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $42.00/hr - $50.00/hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
