Content Specialist(Lead)'s-

*This is a ​paid Role*

-are the supervisors of each team/group of 4-5 specialists

that take lead in assigned clientele, accounts being closed or project that assist in their brand.

They take their leadership serious enough to get results in a group of optimistic, idealistic, and hungry creatives that want to strive to prove themselves. Content Lead's know how to pull out and use the strengths of every member on their team.

1. Content specialists, use their expertise in social media to assist with helping our clients create and manage their social media presence. We value every team member’s input
2. Specialists are the foundation of about 90% of what we do here at "LiFT OFF Enterprise & Co LLC."
3. They take assigned tasks that involve catering to certain and potential clients
4. They form projects and presentations that cater to a clients ideal interest
5. Required to do monthly portfolios of creative ideas and marketing incentives
6. Experienced specialists, are assigned their own Clients when their deemed ready.

Sales(this is a 100% Commission role)

8% commission (uncapped)

As management, you are paid for each account closed per any and every team member/ while content specialists get paid per each account they close only
